Administration Officer (Accounts Receivable)

We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer (Accounts Receivable) to join our Business Services team. This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building strong customer relationships and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Finance & Administration Lead, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts receivable function across Bright Brewery Group. You'll ensure customer accounts are accurate, payments are processed efficiently and financial records are maintained to a high standard.
n
Working as part of our Business Services team, you'll also support administration processes across the business and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help our teams succeed.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes.
n
Process customer invoices, payments and account reconciliations.
n
Monitor debtor accounts and follow up outstanding payments.
n
Respond to customer account enquiries professionally and promptly.
n
Complete bank and payment reconciliations.
n
Assist with Excise, CDS and statutory reporting requirements.
n
Support online sales, payment platforms and gift voucher administration.
n
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
n
Identify opportunities to improve administration and finance processes.
n
Work collaboratively with the wider Business Services team.
n

About You
n
You'll be someone who enjoys working with detail,
takes pride in accuracy and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
n
You'll also bring:
n
n
Previous experience in accounts receivable, finance or administration.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
A proactive approach to problem solving.
n
The ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
n
A positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates.
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Experience in hospitality, wholesale or manufacturing.
n
Experience with integrated accounting or ERP systems.
n
Qualifications in Business, Administration, Accounting or Finance.
