About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our R&D; team.
In this role, you will provide leadership and accountability for the successful end-to-end delivery of R&D; initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while aligned to strategic business priorities.
This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role.
What You'll Do
Own and be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of R&D; projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
Lead, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Define clear delivery goals and expectations, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Drive effective decision-making and prioritisation to ensure optimal use of resources and delivery commitments are met
Champion Agile delivery practices, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure adherence to Agile best practices
Provide transparent reporting on delivery performance, milestones,



and outcomes to the Head of R&D; and senior stakeholders
Mentor and coach team members to build delivery capability and leadership within the R&D; organisation
Continuously improve delivery frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, predictability, and quality
Ensure compliance with company policies, information security standards, and regulatory requirements
Contribute to a safe and compliant workplace by identifying and reporting risks or incidents promptly
What You'll Bring
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in delivery or project management within software development or R&D; environments
Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive accountability
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Robust organisational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable
Experience in technology or financial services environments is a plus
A favourable Police Check and other background checks are required.
