Salary up to $90,000 + super depending on experience
Manage a well maintained portfolio of approximately 170 properties
Extensive support with no leasing or ingoings
Administration support for rent increases, VCAT applications and key admin tasks
Ongoing monthly training with the flexibility to choose topics that interest you
Genuine career progression into Senior Property Manager & Team Leader roles
Monday to Friday only with flexible start and finish times
All day parking available

The role:




You'll be responsible for managing a well run portfolio across Melbourne's Bayside suburbs, including:
Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
Routine and final inspections
Maintenance coordination
Lease renewals
Arrears management
VCAT preparation and attendance
Delivering exceptional customer service
With dedicated leasing support and administration assistance, you'll have more time to focus on providing a high level of service to your clients.
You'll have:
An Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent License
Previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager ready to step up, or existing Property Management experience
Strong communication and relationship building skills
A positive, team first attitude
The confidence to ask questions and continue learning
A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
