We are seeking a Locum Physiotherapist to join a supportive aged care team for a 5-month contract until Christmas, starting ASAP.

The Role:

Work with an elderly caseload across 2 sites located just 200m apart
n
Dual role including:

Rehabilitation-focused residential aged care: functional and mobility assessments, care planning, falls prevention, and equipment reviews
n
Mental health-focused caseload supporting elderly residents living with dementia
n

38 hours per week
n
Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm
n
$47.50-$50.00 per hour + Super
