Job Description

TLC Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Lifestyle/Wellbeing Assistant for our Altona North – Marina residential aged care home. You will help plan and deliver engaging wellbeing programs, supporting residents' emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include coordinating activities, one-on-one engagement, group programs, and community outings, with a solid focus on person-centred care and collaboration with care teams.
