Offering a comprehensive 12 month New Graduate training program - launch your career as a Speech Pathologist and gain experience working with a diverse range of patients, in a variety of home and community settings.
Full Time and Part Time Roles available.
The Role:
You will be joining a multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models including; telehealth, community visits, & centre-based services.
Assessing and providing speech, language and communication interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilities
Working within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity & social engagement
Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment
Timely documentation & report writing
Managing a varied caseload
Meeting company professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables & effective client management)
Attending meetings, supervision & personal development (as required)
Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sources
Working across leading software platforms & online tools
Support:
24-hour access to a Teams chat, so you can ask questions about your caseload at any time
A buddy system,
you will be paired up a more experienced therapist who can provide guidance & additional support
Engage in mentoring sessions where discipline-specific groups meet & discuss a variety of cases

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers license and own vehicle
