Job Description

Pepper Money ANZ is expanding its compliance leadership to strengthen regulatory alignment across Australia and Current Zealand. You will partner with the Head of Compliance and senior stakeholders to embed a solid compliance culture, provide expert guidance on NCCP/AML-CTF/privacy issues, and drive timely regulatory change across the business.

You will oversee monitoring, incident reviews, and escalation handling while developing the team and promoting a proactive risk mindset.
