The Role, In a Nutshell
n
n
Replying to customer emails daily
n
Checking in with customers over the phone
n
Making sure every customer has an incredible experience
n
Following up on daily tasks in Pipedrive relating to the customer's journey
n
Processing orders through the Humm platform and Shopify
n
Organising aligners ready for shipment
n
Booking patients into their in-clinic appointments and ensuring reminders are sent
n
Collecting impressions and forwarding them to the scanning team
n
Ordering team groceries
n
Organising activity days
n

This is a full-time position based at our warehouse in Coolum Beach.
