Site Manager – 4 Week Contract | Northern NSW / Byron Bay Region

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a $5M hospitality refurbishment and expansion on a 4-week contract, covering a holiday period.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a live project with a reputable commercial builder and ensure works continue to run safely, efficiently, and on programme.
n
The project is being delivered within a live workplace, so previous experience managing staged refurbishments while maintaining site safety and programme is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee day-to-day site operations
n
Coordinate subcontractors and manage site programme
n
Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard
n
Conduct site inductions,
toolbox talks and WHS compliance
n
Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants and client
n
Maintain quality control and project documentation
n
Keep works progressing in line with programme
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
n
Hospitality, clubs, pubs or live setting experience highly regarded
n
Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and site management processes
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
n
Current White Card (First Aid preferred)
