Job Description

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Customer Feedback Officer in Melbourne. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, managing media threats, and driving timely resolution of customer complaints within WorkSafe guidelines.

The successful candidate will register and acknowledge complaints, ensure timely responses, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and improve service outcomes. A background in claims management or workers' compensation is highly desirable.
