What You'll Be Doing

General building and property maintenance
n
Plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance
n
Troubleshooting and responding to maintenance requests
n
Working across a variety of commercial environments
n
Liaising with internal teams and contractors
n
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
n

To Be Successful You Will Have

n
Demonstrable experience as a plumber and/or maintenance skilled
n
Strong fault‐finding and problem‐solving ability
n
A proactive and reliable attitude
n
Ability to work independently and within a team
n
Excellent presentation and communication skills
n
Relevant licences and tickets highly regarded
n
