Workshop Administrator / Customer Service Officer to join our busy Bayswater workshop.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers while providing essential administrative support to keep our workshop running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
n
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
n
Processing invoices and purchase orders
n
Accounts receivable and debtor follow-up
n
MYOB accounting tasks
n
Scheduling and coordinating jobs
n
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and workshop staff
n
Managing emails and filing
n
Assisting with day-to-day office operations
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
n
n
Previous administration and customer service experience
n
Robust data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
n
Experience using MYOB Accounting
n
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Accounts payable
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
n
Valuable knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
n
Excellent communication and organizational skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
An interest in the automotive or transport industry (highly regarded)
n
