Job Description
The Payroll Agency has partnered with a retail organisation in the recruitment of a new Team Lead to join the team on a permanent basis!
Due to some additional workload such as a large system implementation project, the Payroll Manager is needing a strong Team Lead to come in and take some of the workload off.
This business is relatively large and their payroll is fast-paced but they have the best culture and team.
Your duties will include:
Day to day management of a medium sized team
Checking all payroll to ensure correctness
Calculating the tax, super, and other statutory deductions
Stepping in to process payroll end to end when necessary
Supporting the Manager with any project work
In order to be considered please ensure:
You have led medium sized teams previously




Can go into Sydney CBD offices at least 3 times a week
Have processed end to end payroll previously
