Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors ECP & S/4HANA HCM Consultantwith strongAustralian Payrollexperience to design, configure and support SAP HCM and payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops to gather payroll requirements and define business processes.
Design, configure and supportSAP SuccessFactors ECP and S/4HANA HCMsolutions.
Provide expertise onAustralian payroll legislation and compliance, including Fair Work, ATO, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and payroll solutions.
Configure and supportpayroll schemas, rules, wage types, leave, allowances, deductions, STP, PAYG, superannuation, terminations and redundancy calculations.




Work acrossSAP HCM PA, OM, PY, TM and Benefits Administration.
Support integrations withEmployee Central, SAP CPI / Integration Suite, SAP FI/CO, banking and superannuation interfaces.
Manage payroll incidents and work closely with Payroll Managers, HR teams and business stakeholders.
Participate in governance meetings and service reviews.
Mandatory Skills
Around10 years of SAP HCM / Payroll experience.
Strong experience withSAP SuccessFactors, ECP and S/4HANA HCM.
ProvenAustralian Payrollexperience.
Robust knowledge of Australian payroll compliance and legislation.
Hands-on experience withSAP Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, STP, PAYG and Superannuation.
Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative team player.
