The organisation has built a supportive multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, management and administration staff, with a strong focus on sustainable workloads, quality care and clinician support.
About the Role
An opportunity is available for anOccupational Therapistto join a community-based aged care team supportingHome Care Package clientsacross Melbourne's northern and western suburbs.
You will work with older adults in their homes and community environments, helping them maintain independence, safety and participation in everyday activities.
The role offers a manageable workload, with4 to 5.5 billable hours per day depending on experience.
An established administration team completes the initial paperwork, allowing you to focus more of your time on clinical work.
You will also receive regular structured support throughweekly 60-minute one-on-one and group sessions, alongside a dedicatednon-clinical day each month.

Salary from $80,000 to $110,000

What You'll Need
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Current driver's licence
Own reliable vehicle
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a community setting
