Job Description

Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the care team at the Castra Residential Aged Care Home in Murgon. You will drive person‐centred clinical practice, mentor staff, and promote a culture of compassionate care within a supportive team.

You will oversee clinical governance, coordinate care plans, and ensure medication management and accreditation standards are met, partnering with the Residential Manager to enhance residents' lifestyle experiences.
