Duties

Greet and assist customers with rental enquiries
n
Process rental agreements accurately
n
Upsell products and services to meet sales targets
n
Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain presentation standards

Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Background in sales, customer service, retail, or car rental
n
Car rental industry experience highly regarded
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Solid computer and admin skills
n
Valid Australian driver's licence & full working rights
n
Positive, proactive, team-oriented attitude
