Steel Line Garage Doors is seeking an experienced Technical Support officer based at our Brisbane office.

About your role:
n
The scope of the duties and responsibilities of the Technical Support Officer include but are not limited to the following:
n
n
Handle inquiries to meet service level requirements by providing technical support to customers, employees and managers in all branches nationally
n
Interpret and relay technical instructions
n
Create a database to maintain and refer to
n
Have a valuable phone manner, being courteous and polite
n
Provide updates and training on recent products as they are launched
n
Monitor quality control
n
Assist with product development and provide information on new technology
n
n
Who are we looking for?
n
To be Considered for this Role you must have:
n
n
Requires solid technical/product knowledge of the garage door industry including motors, remotes and accessories.
n
Problem solving skills and setting of priorities
n
Effective communication, both verbal and written
n
Accuracy and attention to detail
n
Knowledge of Excel and Word
n
They must work in a team and be confident
n
They must be sensitive to the customers' needs and requirements
