About our Role:
n
As an Educator at our Service you will:
n
n
Implement fun activities to inspire young minds
n
Create a nurturing workplace with a variety of engaging experiences
n
Build caring relationships with children and families;
n
Assist with the development of the play based learning program;
n
Actively supervise children to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times;
n
Promote a secure, welcoming, and inclusive environment;
n
Complete other daily tasks such as general cleaning duties, food service and recording your observations and reflections.
n
n
Successful candidates will need to be available a minimum of 3 afternoons and 2 mornings and:
n
n
Have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree or currently studying in one of the following areas - Education, Arts, Sports & Rec, Social Studies, Nursing or Youth Studies
n
Previous experience in a leadership role loved
n
Current Paid Blue Card or be willing to obtain one immediately.
n
First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications relevant to Education and Care settings, or be willing to undertake appropriate training
n
National Child Protection Training certification or willingness to obtain
n
Current Police Check (National Police Certificate) or ability to obtain
n
Be reliable, well organised, self-motivated, FUN and engaging with the children!
