The Role:

We're on the lookout for a passionate and energetic sales superstar to join our Harbourtown team. In this role, you'll deliver a personalised styling experience, help clients find their perfect swimwear fit, and represent the Baku brand with confidence and care.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

Delivering exceptional customer service in a warm, engaging, and qualified manner
n
Assisting with stock management such as processing deliveries, completing daily refill, customer put backs and store standards.
n
Offering expert advice on fit, styles, and trends to help customers feel confident
n




Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards
n
Supporting the team during peak trading periods, weekends, and holidays
n
A friendly, confident, and approachable personality
n
A passion for fashion and styling - especially swimwear!
n
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
n
Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
n
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
