Your Role

As a valued member of the clinical team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to aged care residents while contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

n

Providing daily clinical and emotional support to residents
n
Administering medications and managing care plans
n
Supervising and mentoring care staff
n
Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to clinical needs
n
Maintaining compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Working collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
n

What You'll Need

n

n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous Aged Care experience preferred
n
Solid clinical assessment and decision‐making skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
A compassionate and resident‐focused approach to care
n
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
