Job Description
Director (ANZ) | Tech Talent Partnerships | SDET | NV1
Type: Full time - 160K base
Location: Sydney
Status: Valid visa with full working rights
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Architect and implement a Test Automation Framework from the ground up
Proven experience establishing test automation frameworks in enterprise environments
Solid background in automation strategy, architecture, and hands‐on implementation
Experience in property / construction industries or with Yardi (nice to have but not essential)
Define the automation roadmap, standards, governance, and best practices
Lead automation strategy across multiple applications and business processes
Build, mentor, and scale a capable offshore automation team
