ConsultANZis seeking an experiencedProject Managerto lead water infrastructure projects for a well-established civil contractor in Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of major projects including pipelines, pump stations, and drainage outfalls, and play a key role in the growth of a dynamic team delivering projects across South East Queensland.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and manage water infrastructure projects including pipelines, pump stations, and drainage outfalls
Plan, schedule, and track project progress using MS Project
Manage project budgets, costs, and resources to meet objectives
Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project engineers
Maintain client communication, reporting, and documentation
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
Assist in bidding for new projects and resolve challenges proactively
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar qualification
10+ years of experience managing civil infrastructure or water projects
Proven experience delivering pipelines, pump stations, or similar works
Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills
Hands-on approach with problem-solving and bidding experience

Benefits:
Market-competitive salary package: $170K - $210K base + super and car, negotiable depending on experience
