Talent International has partnered with a leading higher education institution to recruit an experienced Senior Change Manager for an initial six-month contract.

n

This position will lead end-to-end change delivery across a complex digital transformation program involving technology, business processes and a diverse stakeholder group.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
Develop and deliver the end-to-end change strategy and plan
n
Lead change impact assessments and business readiness activities
n
Deliver stakeholder engagement and program communications
n
Develop and potentially facilitate training and supporting materials
n
Support the adoption of new systems,



processes and ways of working
n
Partner with program leaders, business teams and senior stakeholders
n
Monitor adoption, change risks and overall business readiness
n

n

About you

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
Demonstrated experience delivering change from strategy through to hands-on execution
n
Previous experience in higher education or the broader education sector
n
Experience supporting complex digital transformation projects
n
Strong experience with projects involving significant business process change
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
n
The ability to operate effectively in a complex, rapid-moving workplace
n
