Some of the functions of a Service Advisor include:

n

n
Booking clients in for service or repairs
n
Interfacing with the technicians to establish the extent of work required and our parts team
n
Prepare pricing estimates of service repair orders
n
Communicating with customers to explain the work involved, gain their approval to proceed and provide regular updates on the progress of their vehicles
n
Dealing with Service Warranty Claims
n
Working through paperwork to ensure we are complying with Manufacturer Procedures
n
Working closely with the Service Manager and the Workshop Foreman to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner
n
Working through customer concerns
n




Banking and some basic administration duties
n

n

To be considered for this role, the following skills and attributes are required:

n

n
Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership
n
Sound English communication skills - written and verbal
n
Initiative and a hard working attitude
n
The ability to work unsupervised
n
Professionalism and high standards of personal presentation
n
A friendly and approachable personality
n
Ability to be part of a team!
