Job Description
Laminex is seeking an Operations Support Leader for the Ballarat Componentry team to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality and productivity, and push continuous improvement initiatives across three production teams.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will balance immediate priorities with longer-term performance gains, coaching leaders and supporting current equipment implementations in a hands-on role.
