What you'll do:
We're looking for an energetic, strategic and relationship‐driven Pharmacy Retail Learning Manager to elevate how we attract, educate and develop the next generation of pharmacists in Australia.
Reporting to the Senior Learning Program Manager, this role leads the design, delivery and continuous improvement of national early‐career pharmacy programs—including Intern Learning, University Engagement, Student Work & Placement pathways, and Alumni/Graduate experiences.
You'll play a pivotal role in positioning Priceline Pharmacy as the preferred destination for students, interns and future pharmacists—building best‐in‐class learning experiences, strengthening industry partnerships, and crafting memorable moments that shape long‐term careers.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about learning, thrives on stakeholder engagement, and loves bringing big ideas to life through innovative programs, events and education experiences.
You will also be high flexibility and able to undertake frequent interstate travel.
This role is open to either Melbourne or Sydney based candidates.
What you'll bring:
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering face‐to‐face (and digital) retail learning programs, with at least 5 years spent in pharmacy retail
Experience in pharmacy education, intern program development, and facilitation
Strong relationship management skills with universities and industry partners
Proven ability to develop learning content and assessment materials
Event planning and management experience
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in pharmacy education
Ability to undertake regular travel across the network for extended periods (expected travel is once a month interstate, with other times ie HealthMasterclass/Industryevents will require more frequent, interstate travel)
Bachelors or higher degree in OD, Learning or HR (required)
Qualifications in Pharmacy or equivalent (desired)
Additional qualifications in adult education or training (desirable)
