Job Description
HammondCare in Hobart (with options in Chermside) is seeking a Dementia Consultant to join the Staying at Home Program.
You will conduct client screenings, deliver education and support, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes for people living with dementia and their carers.
This fixed-term contract runs until June **** with hybrid, interstate travel across Australia, salary packaging benefits, career development and a supportive, not-for-profit workplace.
