PURPOSE OF POSITION: - To deliver meals to clients of Meals on Wheel Fraser Community Inc.
n
REPORTS TO: - Service Manager and Volunteer Co-ordinator
n
DUTIES: -
n
n
Work alone or with a partner to cheerfully deliver meals to individual clients
n
Check the Run sheet and meal labels to ensure that the correct meals are delivered to the client
n
Take messages from clients and record them on the run sheet and inform Client Service Managers, so that they can follow up
n
Report any clients that are not home or do not answer the door to receive their meal to the Client Service Managers for follow-up
n
Other duties as requested by the Service Manager or Volunteer Co-ordinator
n
Sign on and off in the attendance book.
n
Complete all training as required
n
Always conduct yourself accordance with the Code of Conduct, MOWFC Policies and Procedures, and Aged Care Standards
n
n
HOURS REQUIRED: - Open to discuss availability requirements.
n

Current 'C' class driver's licence together with a protected driving record, and your own vehicle
