OneCare is seeking a Permanent Full Time Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to lead our team and deliver meaningful activities for residents.
You will plan daily and weekly calendars, organise trips and events, and engage residents to understand their preferences and goals.
As part of a not-for-profit aged care provider, you will mentor staff and volunteers, monitor program success, and document participation and outcomes.
