About the Role
Lead a skilled social work team and deliver expert care across CALHN's multiple sites through the social work department's Single Service, Multiple Site model.
Lead staff, workload and clinical standards
Provide expert clinical care
Guide supervision, practice quality, education and participate in research
Drive quality improvement and partnerships
About You
We're looking for an experienced social work leader who brings sound clinical judgement, strong collaboration and a commitment to patient-centred care.
Hold a Social Work degree eligible for full AASW membership
Bring substantial recent clinical social work experience
Demonstrate strong leadership and staff supervision skills
Apply evidence based practice and sound clinical judgement
