About the Role
Support the Nurse Unit Manager to lead a high-performing nursing team and deliver safe, consistent care in a complex health setting.
Lead care and support team practice
Coordinate staffing, rosters and leave
Drive practice change and quality
Support performance, resources and supplies
About You
We're looking for a confident registered nurse who brings sound clinical practice, solid communication and a team-oriented approach to team leadership.
Hold current nursing registration with the NMBA
Bring acute and chronic nursing practice experience
Demonstrate staff supervision and clinical support skills
Apply sound judgement, problem solving and conflict skills
Understand nursing standards, legislation and quality systems
