About the Role:
n
The successful candidate will commence on day shift in a packing role for approximately one week to gain an understanding of the products and manufacturing processes. Following successful training,
you will transition to the night shift as a Machine Operator/Technician.
n
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
n
n
Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery.
n
Experience with machine setup, operation, adjustments, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
n
Robust mechanical aptitude.
n
Competent in using hand tools, including Allen keys, spanners, and other basic mechanical tools.
n
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
n
n
Essential Criteria:
n
n
Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
n
Full working rights in Australia.
n
Attendance at a mandatory meet-and-greet with the client prior to commencement.
n
n
