Winslow Infrastructure is a leading national civil construction company involved in building Melbourne's vast infrastructure network. A professional, engaged and driven Site Engineer is required to join our high performing team.

Overview

n

As a Site Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of our projects. You will be involved with the full scope of project elements including civil, structures and utilities.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Being actively involved with all stages of a project delivery, including tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging, methodology and procurement
n
Managing safety, time, cost and quality
n
Managing and developing your engineering team
n
Project planning and programming tasks
n
Liaising and managing client relationships
n
Monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates
n
Reporting and mitigating performance issues
n
Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly
n
Procurement of plant, equipment and material
n
Issuing PMPs, SWMs and MSDs
n
Project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System
n

Qualifications

n

n
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Project Management
n
At least 4 years experience in a similar role delivering civil infrastructure projects
n
Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members
n
Demonstrated experience in effectively working with authorities such as local councils, utilities companies and Major Road Projects Victoria
