We are recruiting on behalf of one of Australia's premier Big 4 banks.
They are looking for somone enthusiastic, eager-to-learn to join their team in Sydney.
If you have a background in customer care, this is your direct gateway into corporate banking.
The Role
Forget back-to-back queue management.
As a Business Banker, you will deliver high-touch operational servicing and processing for major corporate, institutional, and government clients via email and phone.
Low Call Volumes:Leave high-stress call queues behind.
Expect around 5-7 quality client interactions a day, giving you plenty of time to focus on complex operational processing.
Modern Tech Stack:Work across industry-leading platforms to manage client requests and institutional workflows.
Diverse Portfolios:Support critical sectors,



ranging from banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) to government entities.
