Location: Norwest Private Hospital
About the Role
As part of our onsite Facilities Management team, you'll deliver a mix of planned and reactive electrical maintenance, essential services testing, and asset lifecycle works across the hospital.
You'll work closely with other trades, subcontractors and clinical stakeholders to ensure the facility operates safely, reliably and in full compliance with statutory requirements.
This role offers variety, complexity and the chance to grow your skills in a critical healthcare environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance across hospital facilities
Testing, maintaining and fault‐finding on LV/HV electrical distribution systems
Supporting essential services including UPS, generators and emergency power systems
Conducting compliance testing and inspections in patient and clinical areas
Providing technical support during outages, incidents and recovery activities
Completing accurate test records and compliance documentation
Liaising with hospital staff to minimise disruption during works
Supporting asset lifecycle replacement and minor works programs
What You'll Bring
A‐Grade Electrical Licence (essential)




Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical maintenance
Experience in complex facilities — hospital or clinical environments highly regarded
Strong understanding of building services, essential systems and compliance testing
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi‐trade team
Strong communication skills and a customer‐focused approach
Valid driver's licence, White Card and ability to obtain relevant clearances
Desirable licences/skills: EWP / High Risk Boom Cabling registration DALI lighting certification Test & Tag, RCD testing, thermal imaging Air conditioning licence (advantageous)
