About the Role:
Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Assisting customers with product selection and offering expert fishing advice and recommendations.
Sharing your fishing knowledge and expertise with customers and team members.
Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
Supporting in different departments across the store.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us at Anaconda.
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for fishing and outdoor recreation.
Strong retail experience with a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Sound knowledge of fishing products, techniques, and equipment.
Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous retail experience is essential; specialty fishing knowledge will be highly regarded.
