Monash Health is seeking Direct Care Workers to join the Community Support Options Team.
The role supports older people to live at home, with travel across Casey Cardinia, Greater Dandenong, Kingston and Bayside communities.
We welcome passionate applicants with excellent communication skills.
The position is permanent part-time (up to 60 hours per fortnight), Monday to Friday, day shifts, with training provided and a robust focus on consumer-centred care.
