This casual role offers dynamic leadership in a Level 3 rural facility, overseeing patient flow, bed management and staffing in the absence of the Health Service Manager.
You will provide guidance to multidisciplinary teams, promote patient safety and ensure high-quality care across the facility, delivering strategic direction, escalation
