XPT Software in Melbourne seeks a senior ITOM Architect to lead the architecture, design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across IT, cloud, network, and operations to define the ITOM roadmap and target-state architecture.
Responsibilities include maintaining CMDB architecture and IRE, standards and governance; guiding platform integration with monitoring tools
