Join Mocka as a Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Pinkenba.
This is an important, hands on role supporting our customers across phone, email, live chat and social channels.
About the Role
This his role is fully virtual support role, so you won't be working from a retail floor.
Instead, you'll be the voice customers turn to for orders, product questions, delivery updates and problem solving.
You will:
Support customers across phone, email, live chat and social media
Provide clear, helpful and solutions focused communication
Handle a range of enquiries including orders, deliveries, returns and product support
Work through customer issues with patience and professionalism
Navigate multiple systems while keeping accuracy and attention to detail
Work as part of a team in a fast moving contact centre environment
Contribute to improving processes and overall customer experience
Shifts are scheduled across all 7 days of the week,



so we're looking for someone flexible with their availability.
About You
You enjoy helping people and providing practical solutions
You are calm under pressure and can handle challenging conversations professionally
You communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal
You are organised, reliable and able to manage your time well
You are comfortable working in a structured, process driven environment
You enjoy working in a team but can take ownership of your own workload
Previous customer service or contact centre experience is helpful, but not essential.
An interest in furniture or homewares is a bonus.
