Power Platform Developer
Location: Melbourne VIC (Hybrid or Remote)
About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to review, optimize, and build impactful Power BI reports and Power Apps that deliver seamless user experiences.
What You'll Do
Analyze existing Power BI reports: understand objectives, data models, and optimize for speed and clarity
Rebuild, Debug, modify, and develop recent reports tailored to business needs
Review and enhance Power Apps functionality and performance
Test thoroughly to validate all improvements for quality and usability
What You Bring
Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Apps development
5 to 8 years of experience in similar roles
Experience working with Govt or small/mid size organisations
Working experience within agile environment
Detail-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement
Adaptable and solution-oriented,



with a strong ability to navigate across environments and move projects seamlessly through different stages.
