Your New Role
We are looking for anexperiencedRetirementCommunity Managerto join the team at Peninsula Grange and Morven Manor.
As the Retirement Community Manager, you will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of two of our Retirement Villages ensuring outstanding quality of service to our residents.
What does your recent role look like?
Managing a team which include administration, gardening and maintenanceofficers,deliveringeffectiveleadership,providingcoaching and ongoing support




Engaging in the community;gaining resident feedback and building solid resident and business relationships
Effectivefinancial management; overseeing and delivering financial budgets, reporting, processing orders for contract services
Meeting with Resident Committee; gaining valuable insight on community operations and opportunities
Conducting self-assessments;identifyinggaps and improvements aligned with the ARVAS Standards
About You
Proven experience in a similar role and management ofRetirement Community operations
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgetary andfinancial management
A compliance driven individual with thorough knowledge of the ARVAS Standards and Retirement Villages Act ****
Strong stakeholder engagement, problemsolvingand conflict resolution skillsProven ability toidentify, meet and exceed key outcomes of national accreditation
Experience in leading teams and managing gardening/contract services
