Job Description
On behalf of our client, a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Procurement Analyst responsible for end-to-end procurement, sourcing and contract management activities, delivering commercial value whilst supporting secure, reliable and efficient operations.
This is a maternity leave cover requirement for approx 6 months, based in the Brisbane CBD.
Description
Manage sourcing, procurement and contract management activities
Lead tender processes, commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations
Develop sourcing strategies that optimise value and manage risk
Administer contracts including extensions, variations, claims and close-out activities
Monitor supplier performance across safety, quality, cost and delivery
Provide procurement and commercial support to operational stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Procurement Governance and Supply Chain Standards
Maintain contract records and support continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
Previous Procurement and Sourcing experience
Experience within the Oil & Gas Energy sector will be advantageous, but not essential
Confident commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Previous SAP exposure will be received.
Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Law, Engineering,



Construction Management or similar is preferred, but not essential
A confident and professional communicator who is approachable, supportive and team supportive
