Bakery Prep Hand – Training Provided | Mile End Bagels
We're hiring kitchen/bakery hands to join our Fitzroy Location!
No formal qualifications required — just reliability, valuable energy, and a willingness to learn.
At Mile End Bagels - you'll learn how to:
Prepare ingredients & shape dough in bagels
Bake on the biggest wood-fire oven in Australia
Follow recipes, use equipment & FIFO
General prep & cleaning
Reliable & punctual (Bakery starts at 3 or 4 am & Kitchen starts at 7 am)
Comfortable on your feet
Bakery or kitchen experience helpful but not essential
