Job Description

Relationships Australia South Australia is seeking a compassionate Case Manager for the Local Link pilot program. Based in Port Augusta, you will support victim-survivors of family, domestic and sexual violence across the Flinders and Upper North region, coordinating with GPs and community services to provide trauma-informed care.

You will conduct risk and safety assessments, develop safety plans, and navigate referrals to ensure timely, culturally protected support.
