Job Description

Great position working in the Community.

No weekend, after hours and on-call work.

Temporary level 1-2 Part Time role until 31/08/2027, working 3 days per week.

Remuneration from $***** p/hr. to $***** p/hr excluding super

About the role
n
n
Plan, coordinate and deliver high quality social work care to patients/clients of Calvary Health Care Kogarah consistent with Calvary and relevant NSW Ministry of Health and South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) policies, procedures and standards
n
n
About you
n
n
Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations' Professional and Associated Staff Agreement ****, eligibility for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers; demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development, Working with Children Check (WWCC), National Criminal Record Check (NCRC) and Aged Care Banning Order Screening
n
Demonstrated core competency skills in social work.
n
Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal skills, to both engage patients/clients and work effectively with the multi-disciplinary team.
n
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgement in the provision of clinical care using evidence-based practice, commensurate with years of experience.
n
Demonstrated commitment to the use and application of professional and clinical digital technologies.
n
Demonstrated participation or leadership in quality improvement processes and teaching, commensurate with years of experience.
n
Ability to respond to the demands and pressures of the role while managing time effectively.
n
Current Class C drivers licence required.
n
Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
