Providing direction and articulating a clear vision, strategy, scope, and success metrics to teams, and be prepared to roll up your sleeves when it's required!

Communicate with team members across different time zones to find the best solutions to difficult problems.

Set the priorities and goals for teams, track progress, and manage both internal and customer expectations.

Project reporting that gives good visibility to the team, management, and customers.

Demonstrated Product Management experience in cloud software products and driving agile development and releases.

Product management background or technical / analyst background, understanding the challenges of varying roles on the team.

Experienced in unbiased customer research.
