At Kave, we design Mediterranean inspired, sustainable furniture and homewares for style-conscious homes worldwide. We're expanding in Australia and seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our Fortitude Valley Store team and deliver the outstanding experiences our customers expect from a premium brand. It's an exciting time for Kave in Brisbane as we open our exclusive outdoor space, expanding on our current James St footprint.

It's an excellent opportunity for the recent manager to drive growth and performance, taking the store to a higher level.

n

This position is full-time, based in our James St store, one weekend day required.

On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:

Lead and grow your team to success

Train and motivate
n
Build a collaborative and successful team culture in line with brand and company standards
n
Sell design solutions and retail product to residential and trade industry clients.

Consult with customers to develop unique design solutions.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.
n
Be innovative.
n
Build industry relationships in the local design community through our Kave Pro network.
n

Other important requirements for this role:

n

n
Demonstrated experience as a retail leader within the furniture space (with cluster/area experience if from a fashion retailer)
n
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
n
Demonstrated experience in furniture sales, with KPI achievement
n
Ability to work within a target driven environment
n
Solid ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders and clients
n
