Job Description

Volcano Steakhouse Pty Ltd in Blacktown, NSW seeks a dedicated butcher to join our premium meat prep team. The successful candidate will cut, trim and portion premium beef and meats to restaurant standards, while maintaining high quality and presentation.

You will work closely with chefs, follow recipes and safety procedures, manage aging and stock, and ensure effective production to meet daily service. A minimum of two years' experience and relevant qualifications are required.
